RAWR!

You’ve been waiting at the restaurant for the past 30 minutes. “Sungjong is late. AGAIN! AH!” You just can’t help to get mad at Sungjong, especially since he told you to be there at exactly 8 pm for the birthday dinner, when he’s obviously late. Right before you’re about to leave the table, all the lights went off. Shocked, you sat back on your chair, hoping for the lights to get back on as soon as possible. 

Suddenly, you saw a candle light, coming from the entrance. And another. And another. There’s about 8 waiters, holding two candles each, lining up at the entrance. You’re shocked, yet amused. “What is this?” You thought to yourself. And then a spotlight lit up the entrance… Then you heard someone playing the piano. And suddenly you heard a familiar voice. The same voice you heard every single night, serenading you before you sleep. Standing at the entrance, there he was, Sungjong, with a microphone, singing Bryan Adams’s (Everything I do) I do it for you, bringing a bouquet of red roses.

He walked towards you, handing the roses. Your eyes filled with tears, touched by his actions. Your heart stopped right when you saw his smile, the smile that could light up the whole world. “Saranghae,” he whispered to your ears. “I’m sorry that I was late. I was nervous. I was afraid that this plan will not work out,” he continued. You were speechless. All you did was stared into his eyes..

“One more surprise for you. But that.. you will have to wait.” 

You spent the rest of the night with him and went back to his apartment. Five minutes before midnight, he brought you to the roof. He specially decorated the area with roses, candles, bottles of wines. It was everything you only dreamed of before.

Right when the clock strikes 12 am, there was fireworks. He stared at you, holding your hands and whispered “Happy birthday, love. I love you. I always do.”

I’m actually laughing while writing this. This is lame, but hey, it’s not wrong to dream these stuff once in a while right? LOL. And the ending wasn’t really like what I expected. I’m out of ideas. LOL. Love you Sungjong :’)
